Another stellar Book from OM that my son adores. Whether he has it read aloud to him by me, or the story narrator - he enjoys both. He also has learned to read, and its great fun to hear him read it out loud to himself and to me. What I really enjoy most, is that there is a zero parent pressure way to help correct a child learning to read. Having he ability to guide his own hand over a word that he just cant read or pronounce without my correcting him, makes the teaching seamless. I love these apps, and enjoy hearing my own favorite Dr. Seuss tales again in the new millennium. Another iPad app winner!

I love this book

A very well done book. It is fun and interactive. I use this book with my first grade students.

I grew up on them and now Im raising my kids on all the good Doctors books.

Im a high school student doing this book for a school project in debate and I have to memorize this whole book but this app is really helping me be able to do that successfully I recommend also to do this book if you are a parent doing it for your kids

I have this book in paper and didnt need a same old same old. Interactive means child can play in the story as the Living Books for the computer from the 90s. This isnt what I consider interactive and wish I could return all the so called interactive Dr. Seuss books for the iPad that I wasted my money. Try Just Me and My Dad if you want a fabulous interactive book!

Dr. Seuss is always awesome; this one does not fall short!

Good app for young beginning readers. My autistic six year old loves this story.

My three year old loves reading The Sneetches on my iPhone. Whenever he sees it he wants The Sneetches. Love that is more focus on reading than a bunch of animation. For those that wanted more interaction should find games for their kids. The focus is reading!

I am 11. I loved the book and I am happy that I downloaded it on my iPad. After I downloaded it on my iPad, I told my sister to download it on her iPad and she did and she reads it every night before she goes to bed!!!!! I recommend it for younger and older kids!!!!!!

This was one of my favorite stories as a child. Its lesson of the futility of vanity and the importance of treating those who are different as equals was a very powerful one for me, and even as an adult I enjoy reading it again with kids. Its truly one of Dr. Seusss most under-appreciated stories. The app is a beautiful recreation of this classic story.

I use to have the computer game of "The Sneetches" when I was a child. Absolutely loved it and I had to buy it for a project and I just realized it is a book and Im glad I read it. Dr. Seuss has an amazing way of portraying the problems the world has and are still facing. Its a great way for children to learn about past events.

This has become one of our new favorite stories! Ocean House Media is the best!

Cool book! The kids loved it. I would but more of these books if they were cheaper. That is the only downside.

Despite the fact that most books with a lesson built-in are relatively lame, this is Dr. - freaking - Seuss and THIS is why he is one of the greatest kids authors of all time. Oh yeah. The app is pretty good too. The good Dr. would have approved.

Great for the kids and to reread as an adult.
